We aim to deliver the Holy Quran to customers across India within 7 days of placing the order.
Standard Delivery Timeline
Expected delivery: Within 7 days (Pan India)
Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible.
Possible Delivery Delays
In some cases, delivery may take longer due to:
Seasonal demand
Low stock or reprinting
Courier or logistics issues
In such situations, delivery time may extend up to 30 days.
Please Note: In Case of RTO (Return to Origin)
What is RTO?
RTO (Return to Origin) occurs when we ship your order through our delivery partners, but the parcel is returned back to us after multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts.
This usually happens due to customer-related reasons such as:
Not answering the delivery executive’s calls
Customer not being available at the given shipping address
Incorrect or incomplete address details
What Happens in Case of RTO?
If your order is marked as RTO, you have the following options:
1. Request Re-Shipment
You can request us to re-ship your order.
We will confirm your address and contact details and dispatch the order again at no additional cost.
2. Request a Refund
You may choose to cancel the order and request a refund.
In this case, 40% of the total order value will be deducted to cover shipping, handling, and RTO charges. The remaining amount will be refunded to you.

Your payment is completely safe
Your order will be delivered
If there is a significant delay, all our refund and return policies remain active
You may request a refund as per our refund policy if delivery is delayed beyond a reasonable time.

At Knowledge Hub Publications, Some products are fully digital. That means you get instant access and don’t have to wait for anything to arrive by mail.
Digital Delivery
You will receive your product by email or through a download link shown right after payment on the thank-you page.
Please double-check the email you enter at checkout so you don’t miss your files.
Delivery Time
Your files will be available as soon as your payment goes through.
If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
If it’s still not there, feel free to contact us.
No Physical Shipping
There is no shipping involved since everything is digital. You won’t be charged any shipping fees.
