For Physical Products:
Return & Refund Policy
At Knowledge Hub Publications, we respect our customers and aim to deliver the Holy Quran safely and on time. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
1. Damaged Product
If the Quran Guide you receive is damaged, you are eligible for a full refund.
Important condition:
You must share a clear unboxing video showing the package being opened.
The video must be recorded from the start of opening the parcel.
Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
Once the damage is verified, we will process your refund.
2. Delivery Delay
If your order is delayed beyond a reasonable shipping time and you do not receive the product, you can request a full refund.
After verification, the refund will be processed.
(The Refund request should come to us before, we ship your Product)
3. Change of Mind (Before Shipping Only)
If you change your mind before the order is shipped, you can request a 50% refund.
This applies only if the product has not been dispatched.Once the order is shipped, this option is no longer available.
In Case of RTO (Return to Origin)
What is RTO?
RTO (Return to Origin) occurs when we ship your order through our delivery partners, but the parcel is returned back to us after multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts.
This usually happens due to customer-related reasons such as:
Not answering the delivery executive’s calls
Customer not being available at the given shipping address
Incorrect or incomplete address details
What Happens in Case of RTO?
If your order is marked as RTO, you have the following options:
1. Request Re-Shipment
You can request us to re-ship your order.
We will confirm your address and contact details and dispatch the order again at no additional cost.
2. Request a Refund
You may choose to cancel the order and request a refund.
In this case, 40% of the total order value will be deducted to cover shipping, handling, and RTO charges. The remaining amount will be refunded to you.
Refund Example
Order Value: ₹2000
40% Deduction: ₹800
Refund Amount: ₹1200
Non-Refundable Situations
No refund for change of mind after shipping
No refund without required proof for damaged items
No refund for issues caused by incorrect address provided by the customer

At Knowledge Hub Publications, we want you to have a smooth and helpful experience. Our goal is to give you high-quality digital resources that make understanding the learning resources easier.
Returns
Since this is a digital product, we don’t accept returns or exchanges. Once you receive the files, the sale is final.
Refunds
We only offer refunds in rare cases when a technical issue stops you from getting your files. If something goes wrong, just email us at knowledgehubpublications26@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase.
Once the Refund is approved, we will credit the refund amount within 5-7 Business Days.
Since this is a digital product with instant access, we do not offer refunds for accidental purchases, change of mind without review, or misunderstanding that the product is not a physical item. This is clearly stated on our product pages, FAQs and Policies.
